The warranty periods of our tires are subject to local legislations and legal frameworks. In the majority of locations that Starmaxx tires are distributed, providing a minimum warranty period of two years after the transaction date is mandatory.

We kindly recommend our customers to consult to our official dealer in their country. The registered body forwards the claim to our after sales service team if the claim is within the warranty coverage. After that, we will be doing our share of work to conclude the process in a fast and effective way.

We produce highest quality tires for passenger cars including ultra-high performance cars, 4x4 or SUV’s and light trucks (radial and bias) along with trucks and buses with heavier loads (radial and bias). 

Besides, radial and bias agricultural tires for tractors, trailers and harvesters; implement, flotation and forestry operations are produced in our facilities. 

Among our wide product range, one could also easily find a corresponding tire for specific industrial operations as well; since we design, develop and produce tires for almost any kind of industrial vehicles from graders to earthmovers, loaders and compactors to excavators and forklifts.

In addition to these expansive categories of products, we also provide tires for military purposes let it be land vehicles or military aircrafts.

In the production process of each and every tire we create, we put all our effort to achieve excellence in both material quality and craftsmanship. At its modern facilities and test track, Company has the capability to carry out Subjective Vehicle-Tire Adoption tests and the other necessary tests relevant to ECE Regulation 117.  On the track, we can accurately and precisely measure the rolling resistance levels and wet grip indexes. Our internal testing capability is considerably important to accelerate product development processes as it gives us the opportunity to carry out most of the necessary tests to finalize examination and labeling of our tires.

Subjective and objective tests are being carried out in our facilities, the latter of which is simply the process where a randomly selected sample tire is examined by using electronic devices. Static tests analyze dimensional and digital footprint pressure dispersion, braking energy, bead unseating resistance force and water burst of a tire while rolling resistance force, high speed and endurance performances are measured through dynamic tests.

The test devices we use are accredited with regards to the regulations of Vehicle Certification Agency, the subsidiary of Ministry of Transport of UK designated for approving new road vehicles, agricultural tractors, off-road vehicles and components. All testing equipments meet the technical competence requirements of FMVSS 139 and FMVSS 119 standards as well as ECE R30, ECE R54, ECE R106, ECE R109 and ECE 117 regulations. During the outdoor tests we conduct, competences of our tires are examined according to European Union ECE 117 regulation.

Our tires travel the world from East to West as we have operations in more than 110 countries. For this purpose, our future plans include launching new warehouses in key locations. 

The company is always keen on utilizing the latest technologies to achieve maximum efficiency in its operations. A fully-automated warehouse is being constructed in order to reduce the time of export operations. With the launching of this new facility, tires will be tracked and directed by a unique software and high-end technology automated machinery will be executing storage and delivery procedures.
