We perceive the trial period as a time frame where both the employer and the employee can assess each other and come up with a mutual agreement on whether the requirements of both parties are fulfilled. The company uses this period to evaluate employee skills, qualifications and overall performance, while the employee decides if the company and position meet their expectations.
Either the employee or the company may end the employment at will at any time during the probationary period with or without advance notice and notifying reason.
At the end of the trial period; job definitions, duties and tasks are discussed with the new employee and a set of performance evaluations is conducted. The performance of all employees is evaluated according to their skills, qualifications, capabilities and commitment to company principles.
Scheduling of vacations are subject to the approval of the Department Manager who will ensure that all employees are given their full vacation without compromising from the maintenance of departmental service efficiency.
