Policy & Procedures
During the probationary period new employees have the opportunity to show their skills and to determine whether the new position meets their expectations. The company uses this period to evaluate employee capabilities, and overall performance. Either the employee or the company may end the employment at will at any time during or after the probationary period, with or without cause or advance notice.
Performance Evaluations and Compensation
At the end of the probation period, for new employees, performance evaluations are conducted in order to discuss job responsibilities, standards are discussed.
The performance of all employees is evaluated according to their performance in probationary period.
To take vacation, employees must get department manager’s advance approval. Requests will be reviewed based on business needs and staffing requirements.
